Meaning of the Name

On David R. Hawkins's Scale of Emotions, low-frequency negative emotions attract negative experiences and hinder personal growth and success.

500 is love frequency on this Hawkins scale where the organisation is in flow and attracts abundance.

We are a community (tribe) of experts operating at a high frequency and helping organisations move up in frequency through deep inner transformation.

The Logo

The TRIBE500 logo symbolises connection, coherence, and collective intelligence. Its interconnected structure reflects the power of human relationships, collaboration, and shared evolution — a network of perspectives, disciplines, and intelligences coming together as one ecosystem.

At its core, the logo also subtly reflects the shape of the heart — a reminder that the future of leadership requires not only intelligence and strategy, but also humanity, empathy, intuition, and conscious connection.

About the Founder

Viviana Voorwald


Born in Lima, Peru

I grew up in an internationally mobile family due to my father's work in development cooperation. My early years were filled with diverse experiences — riding the yellow school bus, playing baseball, and enjoying Peru's incredible food. Multilingual from an early age, I am fluent in Dutch, Spanish, and English. Going for the max is my life motto, in everything I do.

Partner at PwC

I spent 29 years at PwC, with over 17 years as a partner. I thrived in the high-energy, fast-paced environment — leading complex projects, winning major proposals and building strong client relationships across the globe. My time at PwC honed my leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate complex challenges.

Deeper purpose

The relentless pace eventually led me to question my deeper purpose. I was, like most human beings in this era, a walking head. A concussion invited me to slow down, sparking a journey of self-discovery where I learned to reconnect with what truly mattered. I read every book, took every course, met countless teachers, and became my own guinea pig — exploring heart connection, neuroscience, positive psychology, Buddhism, taoism, shamanism, deep inner transformation, divine feminine power, creation power, systemic work, quantum physics, energy and frequency.

I did leadership circles, systemic work, energy healings, breathwork, endless meditations, transmissions, kundalini awakenings, even psychedelics like huachuma and ayahuasca. Also, hikes in nature — Santiago de Compostela, the Inca Trail, and Kilimanjaro — helped me ground.

I woke up in a new world. Looking at things and people with compassion. With awe. We are absolutely amazing human beings meant to create.

As a natural connector, I bridge the world of business with spirituality. TRIBE500 — my ultimate calling — unites visionary entrepreneurs who, like me, have transitioned from traditional leadership roles to drive meaningful change.
